Hull City Hall and Hull New Theatre would like to thank our loyal customers for your patience during these unprecedented times.

We are keeping a close eye on the latest Government advice and will take action should the need arise. Please rest assured that the health and safety of all our visitors and staff is of the utmost importance to us.

In the meantime, our team continues to manage cancelled and/re-arranged events albeit with extremely limited capacity; therefore there will unfortunately be delays in processing refunds and credits.

We are working hard to re-arrange as many events as possible so we would be extremely grateful if you could await a rescheduled date or accept credit on your box office account for a future event rather than request a refund at this stage. A current list of rescheduled and cancelled events is available to download here, we'll be updating this as soon as new information becomes available. 

Please be aware that the box office is closed to the public and not available on the telephone, therefore we politely request that you do not attempt to contact us unless absolutely urgent. Tickets can still be booked via this website.
