All tickets will be scanned on entry, for a touch free ticketing experience we recommend you select e-tickets which can be shown on your mobile device or printed at home.
Venue box office and telephone booking line currently remain closed. Plans are in place to reopen these soon in line with the latest government advice, please check www.hulltheatres.co.uk for updates.

TEST & TRACE
When booking tickets, the lead booker will be required to provide a telephone number and confirm that this can be used for the purposes of the NHS Test and Trace system. All information will be held securely within your ticketing account but will not be used for any other purpose unless consent is given to do so.
When you attend one of our venues you will be asked to log your visit using our venue QR code via the NHS Covid-19 App or provide us with your contact details.
SOCIALLY DISTANCED SEATING
Subject to the latest government guidelines on indoor entertainment, all events up until at least 21 June 2021 will take place under socially distanced seating guidelines.
Hull City Hall and Hull New Theatre seating plans have been adjusted to allow for 1m+ distance between groups which means that capacity has been significantly reduced for your safety.
Tickets will be available to purchase in strict social bubble groups with space between each group within the auditorium.
Each seating group must be purchased by one lead booker and your group must ensure that you follow the latest government guidelines on group sizes and household mixing.
Venue management reserve the right to refuse entry to any group who do not follow this guidance.
In the event that the performance is cancelled you will be entitled to a credit/refund. All rescheduled dates and cancellations can be found on our website here. The team will make every effort to contact you using the details given at the time of booking but it is your responsibility to check that a performance is going ahead before you attend the venue.
If you are unwell or isolating and cannot attend please contact us in advance on firstname.lastname@example.org in order for us to transfer your booking or offer a credit
Our team members are fully trained and will be available throughout your visit to offer any assistance
Please ensure that you maintain a safe distance from anyone outside your group at all times including if you need to queue outside the venue to enter.
On entry our team will perform a contactless bag search, scan your ticket and may check your temperature with a hand held touch free thermometer.
Please do not bring any large bags, luggage or shopping as there will be no cloakroom available.
There will be clear signage to help you move safely throughout the building and your door entry number will be clearly printed on your ticket.
Socially distanced performances within The Prologue Series may not have an interval and we request that customers remain seated throughout the performance. If you do need to leave you may only be permitted to re-enter during an appropriate break and may be required to sit in alternative seating to minimise disruption.
At the end of the performance please remain seated until our staff instruct your area to leave to ensure social distancing is maintained.
In line with the latest government guidance, face covering are required at all times within our venues except when eating or drinking.
We understand there are exemptions but if possible we ask that you let us know of any exemptions in advance on email@example.com
FOOD & DRINK
Details of our food and drink offer will follow in due course and will be in line with the latest government advice, please keep checking back for updates.
As per our standard terms and conditions only food and drink purchased on the premised is permitted.
Hull City Hall and Hull New Theatre are Covid secure venues.
Please be assured that regular cleaning is being undertaken in all public areas before, during and after your visit.
Hand sanitiser stations will be available throughout the venues.
