Hull New Theatre has now re-opened after extensive £16million refurbishment with improved access including -
- Easily accessible foyer and entrance
- Increased number of wheelchair spaces in the stalls
- Improved accessible toilet provision
- Newly installed lift providing access to various floors
Guide dogs are welcome, please inform the box office at the time of booking.
Sennheiser infra-red system headsets are available from the Duty Manager for a refundable deposit of £10.00 or a current driving licence. Please ask the box office at time of booking on suitability of the system and the most appropriate seating.

Personal assistance scheme
Hull City Hall and Hull New Theatre are committed to ensuring that all customers can access our events and offer a scheme to support customers who would not be able to attend our venues without the assistance of an essential carer.
Please complete the form below with relevant I.D & eligibility to apply to join the scheme and return to email@example.com.
Each application will be reviewed by management and a decision made on eligibility. We advise that this process can take up to 14 days so it is recommended that tickets are not reserved or purchased before approval is given as refunds will not be given on any tickets purchased at full price.
In certain circumstances advice may be taken from the Hull City Council Disability Access Officer.
Carers are expected to be responsible for the disabled customer at all times during the visit, please speak to our Front of House team for information on our facilities and evacuation procedures.
