Our team continue to manage cancelled and/re-arranged events but please be aware that we have extremely limited capacity, therefore there will unfortunately be delays in processing refunds and credits.

We are working hard to reschedule as many events as possible so we would be extremely grateful if customers are able to await a rescheduled date or accept theatre credit on their box office account for a future event rather than request a refund at this stage. Details of rescheduled dates will be published online and via social media in due course.

Please be aware that the box office is closed to the public and not available on the telephone, therefore we politely request that you do not attempt to contact us unless absolutely urgent. Tickets for shows on sale and new announcements can still be booked via this website.
